Dayron Fuentes of Miami Gardens, Florida was arrested Tuesday for allegedly flashing at teen at Dunkin’ Donuts.

Fuentes, 33, is charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child. He is being held on $7,500 bond at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. The press did not name an attorney for him.

According to the arrest report, the alleged incident happened at around 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the Dunkin’ Donuts store at 15905 NW 57th Avenue in Miami Gardens. Fuentes reportedly walked into the store and ordered food. He then went and sat right next to the food prep area, which is adjacent to the victim, the report said.

The victim told investigators that Fuentes called her name several times, and when she turned to look at him, she allegedly saw that he had exposed himself and was masturbating. The victim called a co-worker to also look, the report said. A witness on the scene told investigators that they also saw Fuentes touching his private parts.

Dunkin’ released the following statement about the incident:

“We are aware of the incident involving a guest’s inappropriate behavior at the franchised Dunkin’ location in Miami Gardens. The franchisee who owns and operates this location is cooperating fully with the local police and investigating the incident.”

Another sexual incident involving an adult and a minor was reported in Oakland Park last week. John Teti of Sunrise, Florida was arrested on January 31 for allegedly attempting to start a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student.

Teti, 41, taught technology classes at Northeast High School in Oakland Park. He was charged with soliciting a romantic relationship while in a position of authority. His bond was set at $50,000. It is unclear if has acquired the services of an attorney.

According to the arrest report, Teti’s started showing interest in the student late last year. He built her trust by doing various things, like allowing her to skip other classes so she could sit in his classroom, picking her up from her home when she was late to school, and offering to tutor her at home.

He began sending her text messages that were sexual in nature late at night. He reportedly asked the teen to be his “teenage bride” and sent her a picture of a heart with her name in it and asked what she thought about it. His advances became more intense in mid-November and he eventually confessed his love for the teen in December.

The student told her siblings about Teti after he purportedly sent her a care package of food and snacks at her home address. Her siblings told her parents, who informed the police.
